She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Casino and Catherine Durkin Casino; her husband Michael J. Koperna; and her brother Frederick Casino. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Van Horn (Patrick) and Michael Koperna (Chrissy); her sister Elaine Koperna (Francis); and her grandsons, Nicholas, Andrew Van Horn, Ethan, Mason and Derek Koperna.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Cornelius Catholic Church (160 Ridge Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lawn Croft Cemetery (1000 W Ridge Rd, Linwood, PA 19061).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
