He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sylvester Castello and Helen Haselhorst Castello; his brothers, Paul and Jack Castello; and his grandson Walter DeBruin.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Castello (Livingood); his daughters, Jamie Holmes (Bryan), Lisa Rowan (Rich), Paula Castello, Karen Bifferato (Connor) and Danielle Tomlin (David); his brother Robert Castello; his grandchildren, Olivia, Rachel, Erik, Evan, Eva, Fiona, Elizabeth, Jack, William, Lilliana, Rocco, Gianni, Rainna, Liselle and Heidi; and his great grandchild Kessler.
