He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Miller and Helen Miller. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Miller; his children, Glenn McCoy and Karen Ross (Anthony); his grandchildren, Melissa Billingsley (Michael), Douglas McCoy (Cherilyn), Brett Ross and Emily Ross; and his great grandchildren, Ryley, Lorna and Eliot McCoy.
