She is survived by: her mother Kate DellaVecchio; her siblings, Katie Haines (Steven), Shannon Welch (Harley) and Lewis Moorhead; her father Lewis Moorhead; her grandmother Marie Hassler; her nephews, Zachary and Austin Haines; her extended family, Sylvan and Alexis Gilroy; and her pet Teddie. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
