He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cooper and Helen Dunlap Tarbutton; and his sisters, Jeanette Pinch and Ann Lonsdale. He is survived by: his wife Louise Tarbutton; his daughter Kathryn Brown; his grandson Taylor Brown; and his great grandchild Nora Grace.
