Belzer of Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson B. Smith and Anna McCallen Smith; her husband Jim; and her siblings, Bud, Thomas, Joseph and Marie.

She is survived by: her son James N. Belzer (Lindsay); her grandchildren, T. J. and Sean; her daughter Lyn Belzer (Torberg); and her grandchild Brigid.
