He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alvin and Wilma Schroeder Herr. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Robinson Herr; and his children, Dennis Herr (Susan), Sandra Mulroy (Dan) and Alan Herr (Denise). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
