Vitale (Mark Domanski) of Hunlock Creek; his grandchildren, Jessica Cecelon (Bill Uren), Cody Cecelon (Kelsey Crossin), Tyler Vitale and Madison Vitale; his great grandchild Carter William Uren; his siblings, Sebastian Vitale Jr. (Jenny) of Wilkes-Barre, Gerald Vitale (Rita) of Edwardsville, Phillip Vitale of Wilkes-Barre, Julie Vitale of Wilkes-Barre and Gloria Vitale of Pittsburgh; and his former spouse LaVerne S. Vitale-Ent (Garey) of Pittston. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
