Phillips (Slogaski); his children, Elizabeth Phillips (Steven Rodgers) of Glen Hope, PA, Jeremiah Phillips of Steelton, PA and Robert Phillips of Selinsgrove, PA; his brothers, Greg Phillips of Osceola Mills, PA, Tom Phillips (Theresa) of Morrisdale, PA, Tracy Phillips (Janice) of Elizabethtown, PA, Charles Phillips of Osceola Mills, PA and Daniel Phillips of California; and his grandchildren, Jadion "Joey" Phillips, Brileigh Phillips, Bailey Phillips, Jeremiah Phillips, Jr., Robert F. Phillips II and Deluan Phillips.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services (701 Lingle St, Osceola Mills, PA 16666). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
