Jeffer of Glassport, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Olivia Clare Pagan of Jacksonville, FL; her boyfriend Fred Edelmann of Jefferson Hills; and her siblings, Billie Tibbitt (Russell Crookham) of Glassport, Donna Sczerba (Bruce) of Pittsburgh and Brian Michael Jeffer (James Peck) of Greenock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
