He was predeceased by: his father Albert J. DeFelice; his son Matthew DeFelice; and his siblings, Jackie Lettieri, Robert DeFelice and Albert "Sonny" DeFelice Jr. Brian.
He is survived by: his mother Eileen DeFelice (Armstrong); his daughters, Stephanie DeFelice of North Versailles, Karley and Harley DeFelice of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Dominic and Aurora; and his siblings, Adele Bach (Tim) of Hempfield Township, Thomas DeFelice (Donita) of White Oak, Louis DeFelice (Carol) of Sarasota, Fla., Shirley Sarver Caserio (John) of Jeannette, Antoinette "Toni" Yuhas (Steve) of McKeesport, Pamela Brummett of Jeannette, Lois Ponsonby of North Huntingdon, Steve DeFelice of East McKeesport and Donita "DeeDee" Galbraith (Glenn) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
