He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gates (Mazoff); his children, David Gates and Marie Gates; his stepchildren, Thomas Domanick, Greg Domanick, Sean Domanick and Randy Domanick; and his siblings, Donald Gates (Denise), Dean Gates, Betty Glass, Linda Matish (Robert) and Sue Beal (Gary).
