He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Purcell and Alice Byrnes Purcell; and his nephew Michael Manbeck. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Marie Purcell (Ellet Sapp Jr.) and Christina Purcell (Matt Farrone); his siblings, Maureen (Mike Manbeck) of Girardville, Harry Purcell (Bonnie), Bernard Purcell (Lori) and Patrick Purcell; and his grandchildren, Angel, Dalilah, Rocco Farrone, Ean and Jayce Sapp.
