He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Finlan and Cecelia Joyce Finlan; his brother Edward Finlan; and his pet Peppy. He is survived by: his wife Marie Finlan (Pesavage); his children, Rev. Robert Finlan, Martin Finlan (Valerie) of Jonestown and Margaretann Hoagland; and his siblings, Thomas (Dolores Finlan), Leo (Rose Finlan) and Mary Harlor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
