He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Brennan and Margaret V. Purcell Brennan; and his brother Rev. Edmund J. Brennan. He is survived by: his siblings, John Brennan, Mary Eleanor Brennan of Girardville, Margaret Anne (Robert Buchanan) of Girardville, Patricia Brennan of Girardville and Rose Marie Smallwood of Girardville; his nieces and nephews, Emily Anne Kasmark (Mark), Jarrett Buchanan (Alexa), Thomas Smallwood and Caroline Buchanan; and his great-nephews, Teddy, Will, Connor and Colby.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions, in Michael's name, be made to either to the Girardville Basketball Association at PO Box 136 Girardville, PA 17935 or to the Memorial Fund of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
