She was predeceased by: her parent John Woodward; her husband Joseph J. Kelly; her siblings, Tina Vaughn, John Woodward and Frederick Woodward; and her grandson Richard Zaharick.

She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Woodward (Rosti); her sons, Sally (Gregory Zaharick Lisa) and William Zerby of Ashland; and her sisters, William Woodward of Camp Hill, Ann Marie Kelly of Ashland, Joseph Woodward of Ashland, David Woodward of Numedia, Gena Maurer and Frank Woodward of Ashland.
