He is survived by: his parent Cecelia Murray Chuplis of Lake Placid, FL; his wife Kathleen Houser Chuplis of Ashland; his daughters, Tara (John Stanton) of Pine Grove and Kenna; his husband Justin Bradfield; and his brother Edward Chuplis of Lake Placid, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
