She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shaner and Mary Horan Shaner; and her brother William Shaner. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Sherman; her sister Mary McCaffrey; and her sister-in-law Patricia Shaner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
