She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Banning and Eva Heffner Banning; her husband Joseph Cress Sr.; her sons, John, James and Joseph Cress; her siblings, Arlene Franco and Leo Banning; and her pet Ginger.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth (Keith Johnston), David (Ann Cress), Leo Cress, Daniel (Mickey Cress), Kathy (Steve Toth), Thomas (Tish Cress), Brian (Stephanie Cress), Robert (Anne Cress) and Ann (Mike Soucheck); her daughter-in-law Mary Catherine Cress; her sisters, Eva McHale and Gale Waite; and her siblings-in-law, Marie (Jerry McCabe), Rosanne (Ray Wayne), Chucky (Marie Cress) and Michael (Bev Franco). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
