He is survived by: his parent Thomas Balko; his wife Stephanie Balko (Srnka); his children, Julia, Rachel Balko and Nathan Balko; his brother Keith Balko; his parents-in-law, Theodore and Jerri Calhoun; his brother TJ Calhoun (Lindsey); and his niece Claire. He is also survived by aunt, uncle and cousins.
