He was predeceased by: his parent Harold E. Higley; and his brother Thomas Hunt. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Patton Hunt; his wife Linda Palmer Higley; his daughter Mindy Stolson (Scott) of Costa Mesa, CA; his siblings, Nancy Justice, Patricia Hoskey and James Hunt; his grandchildren, Allison Higley, Billy Higley, Marion Blalock, Robert Blalock and Richard P. Higley; and also, Rick Higley (Kathleen) of Chagrin Falls, OH and Bill Higley (Christine) of Fairview. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 10121 Hall Ave, Lake City, PA 16423.
