He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fox and Dorothy Fox Sr. (Horning); his son Dwayne D. Fox; and his sisters, Cleo Mae Fox and Norma Jean Canzano.
He is survived by: his wife Elayne A. Fox (Joint); his children, Colleen Fox (Micki), Justine H. Rhines (Donald), Leslie Seidler (Jason), Sherri S. Miller (Jerome), Chereen R. Barber (Scott) and Adam R. Fox; and his siblings, Colleen McKinney, Karen Delancey (John), Diane Royce (Allen), Dennis Fox (Carol) and Skip Pyle. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
