She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. McDonald and Olive Showalter McDonald. She is survived by: her former husband Ray H. Sanders; her husband Harmon Scalise; her siblings, Bernard McDonald and Evelyn Carr; her granddaughters, Shannon, Jamie Sanders, Stacey and Heather Sanders; her children, Roger R. Sanders (Cheryl), Lyle H. Sanders (Sandy) and Jaclyn S. Shelenberger (David) of Girard; her sisters, Sarah Iola Lawrence of Conneaut, Esther Rea (Jay) of Toledo, Wanda Black (Rich) of Girard and Ellie Steinle (Charlie) of East Springfield; her daughter Methel Bell (Chuck) of Las Vegas, NV.; and her brothers, Roy McDonald (Doris) of Cranesville, Lewis I. McDonald of Girard, Guy McDonald (Mary) of Girard, John "Junior" McDonald (Gail) of Girard, Percy McDonald (Norma) of Girard and Delmas McDonald of Dixon, MO. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
