She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Eugene Falk; her siblings, David, Harry Falk, Lesta Jean Wilson and Peggy Lou Haines; and also John.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Kizina of Girard; her children, Charles D. Kizina (Kim) of Flowery Branch and Grace Kizina (Calvin Willis); her friends, Norine Phipps and Robin Vanicek; her sister-in-law Nancy Smeltekop (Duane); and also Grace Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
