She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrence Rouse and Nancy Rouse (Heath). She is survived by: her children, Melissa A. Fiolek of Girard and Jeffrey A. Fiolek (Tiffany) of Lake City; her sisters, Betty Lou Andrews (Dave) of Girard, Janet M. Cady (Ivan) of Williamsville, NY and Kathleen J. Ford (Doug) of Hallsville, TX; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Lacey, Alexis and EmmaLee Fiolek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
