He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sorze and Mona Roberts Sorze; his sister Susan Southworth; and his brother-in-law Reed Potter. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sorze; his son Dean Novak (Shelly) of Fairview; his sister Sandy Gribble (David) of Pittsburgh; his brothers-in-law, Charles Potter of Erie and David Potter of Florida; and his grandson Conner Novak of Fairview. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
