She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hanuschak and Sophia Melikant Hanuschak; and her siblings, John, Mike, George, Dan, Mickey Hanuschak, Veronica Hanuschak and Ann Jankowski.

She is survived by: her sister Helen Zelina of Erie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
