He is survived by: his wife Susan Cleary Hetz; his children, Sharyn Michalli (Eugene), David Hetz (Bonnita), Lori Lohrer (Sam) and Eric Hetz (Tammy) of Lake City; his stepchildren, Debbie Peyton (Rick) of Cranesville, Darlene Klemm of Girard and Denise Raffensberger (Jeff) of Girard; his grandchildren, Mychele Odell, Kyle Michali, Jennifer Stephens, Sarah Hetz, Shawna Howard, Scott Wade and Trisha Wade; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel Peyton and Hannah Klemm; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Jayde Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
