He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Chase and Cynthia Marrale Barker. He is survived by: his son Jordan Chase of Girard; and his siblings, Alyssa Chase (Jason Rouse) of Girard, Maranda Chase (Tyler Clark) of Girard, Dylan Barker of Girard and Jadyn Barker of Girard.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to help defray the cost of the funeral arrangements.
