He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Sr. Rogers and Anna Rogers (Folderauer). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rogers (Freer); his son Michael Rogers (Andrea); his siblings, Ann Marie Wigand and Norman Rogers (Charlotte); and his grandchildren, Kylee Miller, River Rogers and Dylan Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 435, 4808 Carver Avenue, Erie, PA 16511.
