He is survived by: his wife Shirley L. Kephart (Pelton); his children, Deborah L. Bax of Conneaut, OH, Brenda L. Kaiser (Vitus), Erie, David L. Kephart (Deborah) of Albion and Thomas L. Kephart (Marilyn) of Morgantown, NC; his brother Larry A. Kephart (Bonnie) of Houtzdale, PA; and his grandchildren, Kelly, David, Thomas II, Jason, Daniel, Heather, Darren, Samantha, Vitus, Emma, Sarah, Caitlyn, Jonathon, Joshua, Gunner, Gage, Olivia, Caleb, Haley, Madison, Katelyn, Matthew, Elijah, Isaiah, Eson, Wyatt, Alexandria and Anne Marie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
