She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Stanley Payne and Jeannette Weidle Payne; her husband Robert; and her sister Joyce Payne Jones. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Rupp (Tim) of Eagle River, AK, Anthony Rand of Girard, PA, Jerome Rand (Sandra) of Springfield, PA, Rose Thompson (Mark) of Albion, PA, Betty Rand of Eagle River, AK, Francis Rand of Conneaut, OH, Mary Ingram of Girard, PA, Daniel Rand of Lake City, PA and Dolores Rand of Titusville, PA; her sister Bette Lou Kinsinger; and her sister-in-law Pat Baker. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
