She was predeceased by: her spouse William A.; and her brother Bernard Paul Witt. She is survived by: her son Philip Fay (Anne); her sister Irene Brady (Benjamin); her sister-in-law Edith Witt; and her friend Beverly Paszkowski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
