It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Rea of Girard, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John D. and Helen M. (Palmerton); his grandparents, Paul and Florence Rea; his sister Janet Rea; his fiancée Donna J. Kirkwood of Girard; his children, Darlene Stratton of Erie and Dale L. Rea Jr. of Erie; his stepson Christopher Haenel (Dawn) of Albion; his siblings, Ann Rea of Dallas, TX, John Rea (Judy) of Lake City and Jay Rea (Esther) of Toledo; his grandson Charles "Chuckie" Strattton; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his close friends, Ronald and Stella Caldwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
