She was predeceased by: her father Victor Cieplechowicz; her husband Norman E. Blackmer; her siblings, Eleanor Galletta, Stanley, Henry, Alexander and Thaddeus Cieplechowicz; and her stepfather Rosario Galletta.
She is survived by: her children, Mary L. Blackmer-Walmer (Mark) of Lake City and William J. Blackmer (Jean) of West Springfield; and her stepchildren, Lori L. Hautot (Marc) of Picayune, MS and Douglas M. Blackmer (Marsha) of Tampa. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
