She was predeceased by: her father Robert Evans. She is survived by: her mother Penny Evans (Rotta); her daughters, Heather Hatton (Jacob) and Jenna Muse; the father of her children Robert "BJ" Muse Jr.; her brother David Evans (Lorraine); her grandson Arthur Hatton; and her grandmother LaRue Evans.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.
