He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Manley and Elizabeth Manley (Brown); and his wife Linda Lee Manley (Heib). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Manley of Gillett and Jennifer Chamberlain (Brian) of Gillett; his grandchildren, Bethany Manley, Rachael Manley, Courtney Chamberlain, Brandon Manley, Aaron Manley and Sarah Chamberlain; his great grandchildren, Sailor and Alaya; his brothers, Richard Manley (Barb) of Troy and Roy Manley of Lakeland, FL; and his cousin Don "Rip" Ripley (Linda Poteat). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
