She is survived by: her mother Joann Nichols (Halstead) of Gillett, PA; her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Tom Fox of Springbrook Township, PA; her son Peter Cooke of Gillett, PA; her grandchildren, Mason, Maleah and Maddox Fox; her sisters, Sherry Cooper (Vern) of Waverly, NY, Linda Folkers (Chris Cole) of Breesport, NY, Cindi Norton (Chris) of Burlington, PA and Sue Williams (Rick) of Ridgebury, PA; and her uncle Denny Sullivan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
