She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kipp and Eliza Kipp (Cowell); her husband David R. Kelly; and her siblings, Lucille Kipp, Judith Farner and Larry Kipp.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Janey" Stowits (Bob), Michael L. Kelly (Sharon) of Wyalusing, PA, Christopher M. Kelly, Andrew H. "Sam" Kelly (Tammy) of Lockwood, NY, John D. Kelly (Valerie) of Elmira, NY and Troy Hammond; her grandchildren, Justyna Kelly, Faith Conklin, Jennifer Mitchell, Mitchell Kelly, Natasha Kelly, Ashleigh Shinkle, Alycia Toruno, Nikita Bunnell, Dakota Bunnell, Cheyenne Bunnell and Ricky Lindblad; her brothers, Forrest Kipp and William Kipp; and her nephew Christopher DePrimo. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
