He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Zern and Marguerite Zern (Spots); and his siblings, Curt Zern and Marjorie Gallie. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Zern (Maillard); his children, Dwayne Zern, Wendy Lucas, Kimberly Sheets and Brent Zern; his siblings, Susan Gamler and Jim Zern; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Evan and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Ellie.
