He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Settefrati and Concetta Settefrati (Foresta); and his sister Michelina "Mickey" Melnyk. He is survived by: his wife Delores "Lori" Settefrati (Cassidy); his children, Thomas A. Settefrati (Jennifer) and Joanne Caruso (Robert); his stepdaughter Danielle Phillips (Joshua); and his grandchildren, Sean, Tommy, Nicki, Jack and Alex. He is also survived by his family and friends.
