He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Hawkins, Sr. and Edna Hawkins (Shaffer); and his sisters, Emma Patterson, Edna Wolford and Anna Hunsberger.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Hawkins (Sandra), Patti Mitchell (Phillip) and Ken Hawkins (Tammy); his grandchildren, Westley, Matthew, Travis Mitchell and Tori Balkiewicz (Hawkins); and his great grandchild Isla Mitchell.
