Prezuhy (Whatley) of Peapack, NJ.; his sons, Brian Hayden Prezuhy of Gilbertsville and Jason Michael Prezuhy of Gilbertsville; his granddaughter Margaret Elizabeth Prezuhy of Gilbertsville; and his brother Michael Edward Prezuhy (Elizabeth) of Long Valley, NJ.. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews, and extended family.
