She was predeceased by: her husband Justin J. Boyle; her parents, James Gillespie and Carrie Gillespie (Meighan); and her siblings, Harry, Hugh Gillespie and Peggy Herman.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy J. Boyle (Lorelei) and Patrick F. Boyle (Mellisa Wittig); her brother Vincent Gillespie; and her grandchildren, Sean, Collin, Alison, Daniel and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rita's name to St. Gabriel's RC Church at the above address.
