She was predeceased by: her brother Allen Honignman; and her parents, David Honigman and Celia Honigman. She is survived by: her children, Marty (Jen Welsh) and Traci (Timothy Fournier); her grandsons, Alec (Payton Welsh), Bobby Welsh and Evan Mora; and her brother Larry Honignam (Jane Buchman).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brandywine Valley SPCA (1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380) in Penny's name.
