He is survived by: his children, Kenneth "Skip" Lewis (Stephanie) and Stacey Golden (Dennis); his brothers, Ronnie Lewis (Lorraine) and Louis Kinney (Marylou); his sister-in-law Anna Lewis; his grandchildren, Samantha of Briana, AJ, Emery and Grayson; and his great grandchild Jayce.
