He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Green. He is survived by: his sister Carol; his father Raymond (Betty); his children, Kameron Carmean, Larissa Carmean, Austin Carmean, Chase Green, Rylee Green and Isabella Abruzzese; and his brother Phillip Green. He is also survived by his family, friends, and coworkers.
