She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey J. Kulp; her parents, Earl Reeves and Beatrice Reeves (Yerger); and her brother Earl Reeves. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Kulp (Karen), Dennis Kulp (Michele) and Jeffrey Kulp (Kim); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kevin, Kyle, Ryan, Matthew, Jesse, Scott, Holly, Adam, Heidi, Robin and Amber Kulp; and her great grandchildren, Thea, Phoenix, Jace and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to Berean Bible Church, 2675 E. High St. #1, Pottstown, PA 19464.
