He was predeceased by: his parent John Zegiestowsky. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy A. Zegiestowsky (Newiger); his parent Stella Zegiestowsky (Cheslea); his sons, George Zegiestowsky, Keith Zegiestowsky of Perkiomenville and Gary Zegiestowsky (Tina) of Franklin, TN; and his grandchildren, Adam Zegiestowsky, Nicole Zegiestowsky, Ashley Zegiestowsky, Caitlyn Zegiestowsky, Emily Zegiestowsky and Blake Zegiestowsky.
