It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances J. Harner of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer W. Harner of Gilbertsville; her parents, Ella C. Miller (Sell) and Benjamin Miller; and her grandson Robert Kastenbaum. She is survived by: her children, Jean (Walter Wampole), Joan (Doug Kastenbaum) and William Harner (Susan); and her brother Eddie Miller. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
